How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Settings › My account › Delete my account. Everything that goes with it is listed on our account deletion page.
I bought Remove Ads. How do I restore it?
Open Settings in the app and tap “Restore Purchases”, signed in with the Apple ID you used to buy it.
When do new puzzles arrive?
Every day at midnight, in your device’s time zone.
Does Brainzy work offline?
Brainzy needs an internet connection to load the day’s puzzles and the leaderboards.
